I'm hoping the next gen has a separate electrical box for its own use? Dual ac's for main house? Just an average home to me with inflated price tag.. dirt is very expensive in Vegas now.....

Horrible Curb appeal, no character, zero style and just boring throughout, but of course it's somewhat inexpensive/cheap as it should be out there in the flat nowhere of tasteless Las Vegas. Even the cheap windows in the bedrooms are like out of the 1970's, couldn't they go floor-to-ceiling or something slightly stylish and in good taste..???I mean I lived in better looking apartments in the 1980's; what a complete disaster.

I keep seeing these new houses being built with nice primary shower but no soap niche or bench

I like the interior. Backyard is nice too.

Lots of things wrong here. No 2 car garage no patio. Curb appeal is really awful to. Looks like 2 boxes.

That primary shower should have been extended about another 1.5 feet.

Starting price 632,000? Typo jack? The only open area with a lot of space is the kitchen and family room...bedrooms small and stuffy One really needs to do their homework on this builder as well as most others...not an ideal floorplan for the Sq footage...about 1/2 million overpriced in reality sorry, just saying...

Seriously overpriced you would have to be insane to buy that house.

What I think... Hmm. This is my dream house and if I hadn't spent my 30's and 40's customizing my cars I'd be in a better position to buy it now. Oh well.. I'm still trying.

Just bought a Gardengate in a Mesquite and love it! Almost .25 acre lot and extended garage for about half the price of this one.

from the video, it does not look impressive. The road looks unkept it does not have the look of elegance but just looks like an ordinary road. The shopping center next to the lake looks prone to flooding during heavy rain.

I lost interest when I noticed the push in stove...bedroom downstairs needs to be larger and omit that tiny study cubby hole...nice area but goofy floorplan...

$325 at best. Vegas is still waaay overpriced. I'm afraid my family and I have missed our purchase window. I retired in January, moved here and now may have to leave if prices dont come down. The house we are renting sold for $ 336k in 2017. Now its worth $665K? I don't think so!

1663 is 100k cheaper with only 200 ft smaller, not as upgraded as this one but I don't believe the upgrades and 200 from more costs 100k.

Floorplan all wrong. Who wants to be stuck downstairs on lower floor all alone? Better make sure whoever moves into these homes has a good relationship with their neighbor....

I really like this floor plan and appreciate the transparency with the upgrade pricing - I feel it's a a good idea to do the upgrades as shown on the model. A lot of times people buy tract homes with the intention of doing upgrades down the road and never get to it.

Isn't your neighbor's wall the property line? I. Like the three floor with balcony. But, can my.neighbor damage my house? Is there an easement to maintain my house? The only drawback. The first floor bedroom and use it as a bonus room slash office. Way before your time, but Wilbur Smith ran the Desert Inn hotel. The showroom was the Painted Desert room. He had similar wall paper to that in the powder room. Oh, btw, on Figs. I did get a Violette de Bordeaux fig cutting. It rooted and has leaves. I'm keeping it indoors.
